Our policy
- After 20 minutes of being late your appointment will automatically be canceled.
- We don’t braid children under 5 years.
- A deposit (15%) is required to confirm your appointment, this amount is non refundable.
- Client must come with clean, product free hair. If you wish to have a wash at your appointment please make sure to add this to your booking with your desired service.
- We also provide braiding hair, please make sure to notify us your desired hair color.
Cancellation policy:
- After 20 minutes of being late your appointment will automatically be canceled.
- Appointment must be canceled 24 hours prior.
